Letterman responds to the Palin joke outrage: it was the older daughter I fantasized being raped, not the younger one. Now you’ll come on my show?

“We were, as we often do, making jokes about people in the news and we made some jokes about Sarah Palin and her daughter, the 18-year-old girl, who is – her name is Bristol, that’s right, and so, then, now they’re upset with me…”

“These are not jokes made about her 14-year-old daughter.

Except as, few noticed, as the 14 years old news was all over the internet, he made another joke about the daughter who visited NYC

Letterman followed up on the line Tuesday night, joking that “the toughest part of her visit was keeping [former New York Gov.] Eliot Spitzer away from her daughter.”

And on the subject of hatred and Freudian slips, it’s worth mentioning Obama’s mentor revealing his colors by identifying the generic fallback culprits: the Jews

Asked if he had spoken to the president, Wright said: “Them Jews aren’t going to let him talk to me.

and also:

Wright also said Obama should have sent a U.S. delegation to the World Conference on Racism held recently in Geneva, Switzerland, but that the president did not do so for fear of offending Jews and Israel.

“Ethnic cleansing is going on in Gaza. Ethnic cleansing (by) the Zionist is a sin and a crime against humanity, and they don’t want Barack talking like that because that’s anti-Israel,”

The good mentor needs to brush up on the meaning of “ethnic cleansing”

Finally, NOW woke up from the contemplation of the male feminist in the White house and said something

The sexualization of girls and women in the media is reaching new lows these days — it is exploitative and has a negative effect on how all women and girls are perceived and how they view themselves. Letterman also joked about what he called Palin’s “slutty flight attendant look” — yet another example of how the media love to focus on a woman politician’s appearance, especially as it relates to her sexual appeal to men.

Not bad, but when I recall them joining the wolves during the campaign, smacks of hypocrisy. just a bit. Still, nice they noticed.

Hey, birth certificate aficionados, maybe we found the reason we’ll never see that document.

or not.

But HE’s BAAACK! And he is in a forgiving mood:

Obama made ‘bad’ choice to distance self, but it’s ok

blares the Chicago Sun Times headline.

back from the undisclosed location the Obama campaign sent him to, he is ready to spew . The good news is that the woman hating statement of the day is not directed at Hillary.Other than that:

One object of contempt seemed to be Elisabeth Hasselbeck of ABC’s “The View,” whom — while not saying her name — Wright twice referred to as a “broad,” including once as “that dumb broad.”

And nice take on that first paragraph of the Obama bestest speech ever on race that no one mentions anymore because of the blatant hypocrisy

Wright said of Obama. “I can no more disown him than I can disown any other child of mine who makes [a] bad decision. He made a bad decision, but he’s still my child.”

Thanks for the reminder. I am sure that typical white grandmother  also remembered that opening no one mentions anymore till the day she died.

Other Wright pearls have been also collected by Cannonfire

Uh huh. Yep. The big event that occurred on December 7 was the bombing of Hiroshima — an act committed against a nation which had done nothing to us. Riiiight.
