Aparently, acording to TIME, the McCain Fannie mae ad is racist. Why, you ask?

This is hardly subtle: Sinister images of two black men, followed by one of a vulnerable-looking elderly white woman.

Riight! Frank Raines is also black – so speaking against 2 black men – very, very racist!

The message is clear: black bad, white good

And the incontrovertible proof? What’s NOT in the ad:

Let me stipulate: Obama’s Fannie Mae connections are completely fair game. But this ad doesn’t even mention a far more significant tie–that of Jim Johnson, the former Fannie Mae chairman who had to resign as head of Obama’s vice presidential search team.

And why doesn’t McCain mention this other compromising tie?

Why? One reason might be that Johnson is white; Raines is black.

In other words, McCain decides to go with the current adviser rather than the fired VP search team, Fannie Mae connection simply based on color! I mean, it’s not like if he went with Johnson TIME et al would have screamed: “he fired him already! What more do you want?

Be careful what you wish for – you may get it!

McCain has a Jim Johnson ad too!
