The media WAS bad – now get over it

The Boys of Brazile – particularly Dean seems to think that if they throw the mdia under the bus, we can be placated,
In interviews and letters to members he tells us “I know how you feel – I lost too” – or the media – this is how it is in primary – one candidate is ahead, one behind – you get over it”
From the “Unity” letter I can’t seem to unsubscribe from:
“We thank Hillary for her leadership, her commitment to America and the Democratic Party.

It can be tough to lose a hard-fought race — I know, because I’ve been there. ”
No, Howard, you only won Vermont – she won the primaries! Yiu haven’t been there, you enormous ego, you.

here’s a part of the transcript of a dean interview with Snafulopagus, June 8:
DEAN: No, but I will respond to something she said on sexism. There has
been enormous amount of sexism in this campaign on the part of the
media, including the mainstream media. We’ll leave present company
excepted because I think that’s true. But there have been major
networks that have featured numerous outrageous comments that if the
words were reversed and they were about race the people would have been
fired. So that’s a big issue. And there are a lot of women in this
country who — there’s two issues here. One is one candidate is ahead
and one is not. That happens all the time in primaries, and you get
over that.
What you don’t get over is deep wounds that have been
inflicted on somebody because they happen to be a woman running for
President of the United States.”

Let me make this very clear: I am not angry with the media.

Maybe the fact that I only know of the insults mostly second hand – having read about it on the internet helps me keep my perspective.
The media was always a tool for the RNC against Democrats. Not so long ago it was mistreating Gore and fawning over Bush. Later, it was Gore – again with Bush a saint. That Obama got the “Bush treatment” ought to give people some pause in the context – just who is pulling the strings in this primary?
The RNC controlled media was always in the business of choosing a designated loser for the Democrats.
They attempted to pick Dean, but Clark pulverized him, so they settled on Kerry. Voters obeyed.
“I thought it was Kerry now – said my neighbor who used to like Clark and was now wondering why I was still wearing the buttons.
This time, voters woke up to it. No matter how hard the media worked, most of us didn’t get fooled. Most of us voted for Hillary. And outright, she got more pledged delegates too – with both candidates not mking the decisive number.
It was the Boyz of Brazile who came up with adding superdelegates to the number inventing the “clinching”.
It was the Boys of Brazile who tweaked the numbers on May 31 so B0 may seem to be ahead.
It was the boys of Brazile who told Hillary that electability doesn’t matter – even if we lose in November – money is great!
It was the boys of Brazile who told Hillary” Winner schminer – get out!”
And THAT’s what I cannot get over with.
Just like I never got over the 2000 theft either.
