I was going to close shop for vacation, but this story is way too much fun – especially as we are dealing with a former House manager demanding impeachment over Lewinsky
So, here goes the Daily News:

On to a good governor, Newsday has one of the few pro-Paterson headlines in the media (remember, the Kennedy vendetta is still on)

This Gov is lucky Michel Jackson died. That will take some of the media heat off Governor of South of the Border.
Clearly he isn’t fit to serve…and I mean that because he left his state in the lurch for 5-7 days.

Wasn’t the whole reason president Clinton was impeached was because he lied to congress? If having sex with interns or other lovers were impeachable, then wouldn’t our entire government cease to exist? Just asking (and correcting the record).

Actually, President Clinton was impeached because the establishment had tried every which way til Sunday and they could finally nail him with something substantial.
But for the record, it was for lying to Congress….
I wonder what will happen to BHO when all his lies are uncovered.

But see, lying about political stuff is okay. ‘It was just a campaign promise.” But a consensual affair that was no one’s business but the parties involved? Horrible horrible!
Kinda fun to see the Clinton finger-waggers coming down one by one. Edwards, Sanford. Who next? Unfortunately I don’t think there’s anyone whose standards are low enough to have an affair with Lieberman.

Perhaps Lindsay Graham or Mitch McConnell might like a little face time w/ Lieberman…
no woman I know would want to.

Pluuuleeeze, Leslie! Lieberman is an Adonis compared with ‘nostrils’ Waxman who is apparently the ugliest male in the house and senate combined!

Remember when BHO introduced Hillary as SOS? One of the reporters pointed out that he had belittled her credentials repeatedly during the primaries. He replied in utter amazement “You aren’t going to hold me to things that I said during the campaign, are you?”. If not that, then what? We need not ask more.

Anyway to get people in each state to got regional state offices armed with a digital recording device and asking one simple question Has the Senator read or does the Senator intend on reading the cap and trade bill before casting a vote? They work for us and should answer to us and I am sure most will be no comment but throw together 50 or more no comments from their offices and maybe some more people will demand an answer.

Poor Henry still thinks Washington represents him.
They represent Wall Street, Henry, and Wall Street takes good care of them in return.
Cap and Trade. Cap and TRADE, Henry. All of a sudden, Wall Street becomes relevant again, and powerful, trading newly-created fictional carbon credits instead of fictional toxic financial instruments. And your money continues to flow in Washington, as always.

Hope you are having a great vacation! So much news going on!

Please, Hillary, you MUST resign as SOS (don’t be blunt like Palin, think of something that will give you political cover…possibly like strong disagreement with BHO’s foreign policies like Iran or Chavez or North Korea).
Then start working ASAP to challenge The Won in 2012. Only you have the political clout to challenge him. The independents will rush to vote for you.

Alas, Mr. H the Clinton Derangement Syndrome in this country has been kept alive and fervent by both the right and the left. Hillary couldn’t get elected as Dog Catcher these days, because she’s ticked off most of her former constituency by accepting the S.of S. position.
Stick a fork in her, she’s done.
