Hello,
My name is Jasmine Garsd and i’m contacting you from National Public Radio’s “Tell Me More” . We are doing a show on Monday morning about bloggers on different side of the political spectrum, and the question is “Why do you think Hillary Clinton should or should not receive a nomination.” We are also interested in talking to a blogger who is associated or endorses Party Unity My Ass.
If you are interested you may contact me at jgarsd@npr.org

Hiya, NYS – just cross-posted the comment of Jasmine Garsd at CH, for anyone interested in getting in touch with her for an interview.
Am very envious of you in DC now!

nice report – I look forward to your rumors becoming a bit more public!
In any case NPR wants bloggers on Monday Morning – Jasmine Garsd of National Public Radio’s “Tell Me More” looking for “bloggers on different sides of the political spectrum, and the question is “Why do you think Hillary Clinton should or should not receive a nomination.” – BUT IN ADDITION (OK I don’t understand the wording either) they are interested in talking to a blogger who is associated or endorses Party Unity My Ass.
My blog is so limited, and not PUMA related, that I do not qualify in my opinion, but the folks on this thread sure have good blogs that would qualify. Hillary as VP or we work for McCain as the lesser evil group needs to be represented along with the Obama-never group, with both the work for McCain group and the sit out the election group represented.
Anyone interested – if so – please mention that there are a lot of male PUMA’s!

Don’t Let the Edwards Story Let This Get By…Next Week, “The Atlantic” is Possibly Publishing “Leaked Clinton Campaign Memos” on the Internet (Updated 1X)

Atlantic Scores Internal Clinton Campaign Emails By Anne E. Kornblut
Just when you thought everyone had moved on… former advisers to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton are in a tizzy over an upcoming piece in the Atlantic Monthly that chronicles the inner workings of the now-defunct campaign. Of particular concern are nearly 200 internal memos that the author, Josh Green, obtained — 130 or so of which he plans to scan in and post online. When the piece is published sometime next week, readers will be able to scroll through the memos, from senior strategists such as Mark Penn, Harold Ickes and Geoff Garin, and see what exactly was going on inside the infamously fractured Clinton organization. That has some former team members in a panic. And we thought the Abramoff e-mails were fun….ETC ETC
I do not doubt the emails will be spun to make them more “interesting” and to hurt Hillary. Indeed trying to add a few days to the duration of the firestorm by using Anne E. Kornblut is classic – Ann is known for her bias against the Clintons – as in the commentary on the David Shuster “pimped out Chelsea” report on Chelsea being with Hillary at Hillary’s events – in the story she filed for the Washington Post she implied that Chelsea Clinton’s continued role in Hillary’s presidential campaign was somehow inconsistent with the “campaign’s outrage” at Shuster’s comments.
A lovely lady – not.

I think the strongest argument — that is, the one with the most punch for the public — for putting Hillary’s name in nomination and on the first ballot is, “Why treat a woman differently?”
For years, every man who has sought the candidacy has had these things, but now that a woman dares to seek the highest office in the land, suddenly there’s all this ANIMUS against her.
This is just a continuation of the rampant, repulsive misogyny we saw during the campaign season. It’s sick, and it’s disgusting.
With only a few weeks left until the convention, this short, simple thesis can make a great impression. It doesn’t need a lot of explanation; what it needs is emphasis. It needs coverage. Hammer it home, everywhere, again and again and again.
It’s because she’s a woman.

NYS, just got [finally!] a chance to catch up on the latest entries to your fantabulous blog!
It was great reading your live updates–esp. when I realize that much of the time, I was there talking with you while you were writing this!
Absolutely LOVE your send up of the HuffPo Michael Moore wannabe–as much as I hate to say it, you capture so well the Mooreian “gotcha” mentality of that individual. Changing our venue at the last minute was, I admit, a stroke of brilliance, and, by virtue of that poster’s comments, played a vital part in allowing us to have a terrifically successful meeting in a safe PUMA den!
Thanks again for being one of my favorite PUMAs!
